A single wallet armed with 87,238 delegated FORTH was able to put in a request for 98% of Ampleforth's treasury USDC — just by having enough delegated voting power to submit it. Nothing actually moved: the proposal closed with zero votes and no transfer went through. Still, the fact that governance rules let one address even ask for nearly the whole treasury says a lot about how thin some DeFi safeguards really are.
