The CLARITY Act just hit a wall in the Senate — 49-50 on the procedural vote, well short of the 60 needed to even start debate. This was supposed to be the big regulatory unlock for crypto, so falling one vote short of a majority (let alone 60) stings. Doesn't mean crash incoming, but it does mean more uncertainty hanging over the market a while longer. Regulatory clarity delayed, not delivered.
